No, he's not.
He has only one read and when it's not there he goes outside the pocket. Granted he was successful on a few roll outs to Quinn but overall the play breaks down when his primary receiver is covered.

Jennings also had some terribly lazy plays that could have cost us sevwrely....4th qtr...botched handoff...ball on the ground and he just stands there as Magee tries to gather it in...He doesn't and 10 finally falls on it...close call.
Late 4th qtr...we are trying to run put the clock and we run toss dive....He holds it too long then pitches too close to the rb with one hand about a foot apart...lucky that didn't result in a fumble.
