Committee Poll vs Other Polls

I forgot all about the committee polls coming out with people obessing about the AP and Coaches polls that don't mean shite.
What difference do you expect between the first College Football Playoff Selection Committee poll versus the AP and College polls?
I think the Top 4 teams will not include 3 SEC team regardless of what the AP and Coaches Polls say. They probably throw in Oregon at 4 instead of Bama. I don't think the committee is going to care much about Bama blowing out Florida and Texas A&M according to their own guidelines.
Outside of that, I expect their 5-15 teams to shuffled a bit differently. 5-15 are really only were they are because of preseason biased. In addition, I think the committee will rank Marshall higher than ECU.

If Ole Miss beats LSU. Bama will be 4. If LSU beats Ole Miss, Bama may drop to 6-7.

I think this is a really bad idea giving weekly rankings.
Wait until the conferences crown champions before you put anything on paper.

Agree. There's going to be so much scrutiny on these BS weekly rankings, the committee is going to feel a lot of pressure to match public opinion.

Imagine if the NCAA released weekly rankings for the basketball tournament.
Every week someone is uproar over getting snubbed and then the media backlash can influence your final decision.

If they want transparency, then do that when they make the picks and justify the selections.
