re: Friday lunch thread

I usually have to wait until my mom comes or we have some big function to bake or cook any kind of seafood. I'm just about the only person who will eat it. Which is an absolute shame because everything I make is always delicious *almost always. My two kids will eat salmon, but that's hardly a reason to buy a whole salmon to cook. Most would go to waste, and that's just a damn shame.
