Most teenagers embellish how big their foot is because they want to say they have a bigger shoe size.

No, but I have a couple of extremely tall friends who's feet started growing again in their late 30s early 40s. That's supposedly a warning sign for some specific type of heart trouble but both guys seem to be doing fine.
