Basically how he screwed us. Strung us along for a month with no permanent lease. Didn't answer phone calls or texts. Then we get that text from his brother today.

Mike is the lessor. His brother claims he was in an accident (I'm skeptical because some details aren't adding up) and he was gonna handle everything.
But he ignored us the whole time till today.
