That's kind of the whole point of why using the racial accusation is ignorant. Those traits shouldn't be viewed as inherently white. All I see there is an attempt to excuse the ignorance. I'm assuming this is something a black man is saying about another black man. Saying that someone isn't black enough shouldn't be acceptable even if you do mean something else by it.
