I have to agree with him Roger. If this was well planned and executed it would have been mayhem. Initial thought on this it was someone who was motivated but not prepared.

Well they did kill a dude and they made it into the Parliament building with a weapon. I'm sure the level of mayhem was far below what they intended. But it's still one of the top international stories and it's a fulfillment of the threat to attack Canada on their soil. It's a terrorist win.
