The fries with the dried fish are awesome. Really, really good. The Viet place on Maple also has unique Asian-style fries that are terrific.
I have not been to Casa Borrega so can't comment on its food. However, there is no way I'd take my mom to Central City.

Casa Borrega right there is fine. Its very well lit and all that. Its good mexican.
