Are people allowed to drop off ballots through 3rd parties in Arizona?
And the guy is smiling as he walks up to the table. You can't see what he is putting the ballots into.

Well of course when you put ballots in a box it is stuffing them. Now is it fraud? Putting early ballots in a box is not fraud.
