I just can't bring myself to pay that fee for, what seems to be, a weekly weigh in. I can do that at home.
Do you have to buy weekly? Can you just buy monthly or possibly bi-weekly?
Lyle Mcdonald's "Rapid Fat Loss" ebook will set you back $30 bucks and relies on real food. You will loose MASSIVE amounts of weight as long as you can read and stick to the diet. Well, that's true for any diet. But with this one, you loose it very quickly even after the initial water weight drop.

I did Rapid Fatloss and lost 4 to 5 lbs a week eating 1200-1300 calories a day - almost all calories from protein. Every day I had:
7 AM - shake 50g Protein with Super Greens added
9 AM - can salmon (pink salmon - little fat)
Noon - 8 oz chicken breast
3 PM - can tuna
6 PM - 8 oz grassed beef (5% fat)
Drank a least gallon of water per day. Stayed on it for 11 weeks and lost about 65 lbs. It is easy if you do not mind eating the same thing most days. I had a regular meal or two every week. I walked 3 to 4 miles at least 5 days a week. I lifted short sets. It was very easy for me - the hard part is starting. You will gain back some H20 weight but it will be minimal unless you start gorging.
