I'm not one of those types that think all men should be tough and rugged, but damn...How fricking gay, or pussy whipped, is your friend? Not only scheduling an engagement party that day, but "announcing" his best man like it's a pageant contest?
Also, you have to go to the party. Sell your tickets for a markup and watch the game at the party.

Really. Imagine the scene when the big moment arrives and the wiener is announced. Then the other guys have to fake being hurt it is not them and offer congrats to the lucky guy.
