44 is quite a bit of time when your opponent is at midfield or better.

And the coaches felt that defense had been performing well enough to prevent UK from going that distance in that time.

With a return, it is more of an unknown.

Sorry dogboy, I am sure you are good test taker and I am glad that you can solve a 3rd order differential equation, but the coaches know more football than your arse.

Geez they are moving the ball better in this hypothetical scenario than they did in the actual game.
