like just a base sign with something written on it? last time i just painted stuff on there and it came out pretty good

I would go to a store that sells big screen tvs and ask if they have any empty 60 inch tv boxes. Get a box cutter and cut out one side for a sign base. Go get a pic of KP blown up at kinkos to 60 inches. Paint the cardboard white or yellow. Use spray glue to glue KP pic onto coardboard. Cut out mouth and attach to a stick with duct tape on the back. For a huge arse corndog you could buy a buncha bubble wrap and wrap in duct tape then spray paint a orangey color or get paint mixed at home depot to exact color.
