He's too young for HT IMO, but OP if you do go transplant route, go FUE vs strip, ask the doc what size punch he using to extract and how deep are his punches (anything above 0.8 in size and 0.4mm deep is too much), and how many 1's, 2's, 3's & up he extracted. You want only 1's & 2's in frontal third.
Less than 10% gets a good result in one session. Plan on at least a touch up follow up session.

Good info in that post. I would definitely advise anyone to expect to have atleast 2 transplants for density purposes. I've seen some really good ones in town and these dudes look 10 times better with a head full of hair.
