OMG Yes... Degree at LSU was Political Science since I SUCKED at math and science and any useful things like Engineering.... But had high ACT and was on a full ride ROTC scholarship and come from a military family, so I figured what the heck, if I don't get active duty military I'll go to law school with this degree....
Irony: I get Active Duty "Regular Army" commission upon graduation from LSU, and the branch they put me in? Field Artillery!! For those of you that don't know, there are few branches in the military that requires more math/geometry/physics than figuring out how to hit a target 15 miles away...so after trying to escape the hard courses at LSU, I wound up having to "do the math" anyway!
