It just looks juvenile and dumb to me, but those who play games like GTA shouldn't be presenting any faux outrage over a game that looks like it was created for the sole purpose of pissing off old white people.

I don't think anyone has presented any outrage per se. Just discussion over a game that has taken things to the next level in regards to video game violence
I've always said that people who go out and kill for fun aren't doing it b/c they saw a movie or video game. They are disturbed on a much deeper level. However, I don't think it's reaching to say a game like this could definitely contribute to that final push or whatever you want to call it. It's definitely not theraputic or any type of anger release. I would argue it's the exact opposite and would only serve to fuel a psycho's rage and urges even more
