Charges were never even filed. But he was accused of rape. And I have been keeping up with this story and considering everything that has happened, it looks to me like a cover up. Can I prove that in a court of law? No. And that's why no charges were filed. Guilty beyond reasonable doubt is a hard thing to prove.
But I know this, I nor anyone I know has ever been accused of rape. That is serious stuff. Is he guilty? Who knows. But just because it can't be proven in a court of law does not mean he's innocent

Fair enough.
But I like to believe the LSU administration would not cover something like this up like FSU did. I think if things were done right from the get go that Jameis would have been charged. Therefore, he would have been gone at LSU.
