i actually watched a police show once on the death investigation of brandon lee and the decision as to whether it was murder or not

the state where the death occurred (i forget, but i'm assuming california) has murder laws that almost made the super negligence, murder

Yeah, reading what I quoted above, simply calling it negligence almost does it an injustice. It's like they weren't even worried about any potential dangers with the situation. When you're using firearms of any kind, extra special care should always be given, and they were sending experts home and sort of flying by the seat of their pants on it. And it wasn't even prop firearms either...it was a real gun loaded with blanks and whatnot. Inexcusable, and seems really weird/irresponsible.
