Grand Marlin for seafood. Been there a dozen times and it's always great.
Surf Burger is good for burgers.
McGuires Irish Pub for heavy bar food. Steaks are actually pretty good too.
Had sushi at Mandarin Moon a few months ago. Was pleasantly surprised.
Stay away from Peg Leg Petes....it's a terrible tourist trap.

Grand Marlin is the best restaurant on the island (i.e. Pensacola Beach). If the OP is asking about Pensacola proper, I recommend Global Grill. And I agree that the steaks at McGuire's are excellent.
