New job equals a lot less time on the computer, hasnt been convenient for my handicapping. 
Anyway woke up at 6am to crunch some numbers, here is what I have so far, haven't gotten to some of the night games yet.
Top Tier
Northern Illinois -13.5 (-120)
Cincinnati -13
Colorado +21.5 (-130)
Western Kentucky -3
Air Force -6.5 (-130)
West Virginia TT Under 37
Second Tier
Iowa +5
NC State / Louisville Under 48.5
