1. Get counseling to figure out why you are fighting in the first place and how to stop that.
2. Let your wife know that it is never, ever acceptable for her to talk trash about you to the children. Explain how that hurts the child and their relationship with their father. If she agrees to counseling let the counselor know what she says to the kids about you as well. The counselor will agree with you on that point 100%.
I hate divorce and am the last person in the world to advocate for one, but consistently and intentionally damaging the relationship between a father and his son is absolutely grounds for divorce. Just as bad as infidelity IMO if not worse.
