Go look at our 2006 roster and then tell me that we haven't come down a notch in talent, even if all the early departures didn't happen.

You and your ilk like to act like the rest of the SEC is as mediocre as it was then.
Competition for players in the SEC has increased tremendously.
Talented players don't grow on trees. That's why LSU has had to go out of state a lot recently to keep the high talent flowing in.

Some of you act like the SEC is still in a 2006 environment. It's a tell tale sign of people's football intelligence if they understand the landscape now.

So your negatiger position is that other SEC programs are bettering themselves at our expense and that Les has not been able to sustain the program once the SEC got better?

Here's my position. Even when the SEC West sucked (comparatively, according to you), Les wasn't good enough. He's not good enough now that almost every other program has a competent coach in place.

Why do you want to stick with him? I got it when we were in the running every year for a championship, but I do not get it at all now that we are not.

not THAT much has changed, except some programs have replaced others. UTenn has slid big time, for example. Bama has risen
