Buy a REAL stereo. A nice pair of speakers and an integrated amplifier will do wonders for your soul. For the connectivity part buy an apple airport and a cool external DAC. Stereo equipment should be beautiful, upgradable, and flexible (ability to add a turntable or other front end), and it SHOULD NOT BE BOUGHT FROM BEST BUY. That's the cheap, completely shitty side of stereo equipment. You want research this better than just walking down two isles next to the washer and dryers.
