You will need what is called a line level convertor to go from speaker wires to RCA to the amp. Then, you will have to run wires to the speakers.
IIRC, some new speakers are designed to work with factory impedance, like the 3-ohm Bose. If you run say a 4-ohm speaker on a 3-ohm amp, you just want get all of the power
