Someone on here a while back said he passed away, no details but based on the tone of the post it seemed legit.
He called when Saban was here as well, always first up. His call to Finebaum though was legendary.

Wow, if that is the case, I really hate to hear that. That's really some terrible news to hear. It could well be true because he was a regular and always seemed to be the very first caller. Again, I always thought he had some really good observations and/or questions. Again thanks to all for the insight. Again , I was just curious as I hadn't heard anything from him in awhile. Again thanks to all.
