Martial Law is unconstitutional unless ISIS were launching a land attack.

"The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it."

If ISIS were to attack, there it is. Public Safety would cover Ebola.

The Louisiana Constitution prohibition on gambling didn't stop casinos. The 4th Amendment to the US Constitution didn't stop the Patriot Act with warrantless searches.

My point is that I think many in the public could be satisfied with a monthly "check" to live under a form of Martial Law to start. Once imposed, the sky's the limit.

No, I do not smoke pot or do drugs. Based on these reactions, maybe I should?
