First time doing something like this. What do I need to bring that would be useful. Camp will already be set and fishing poles and bait are up there.
Like knife, collapsible chair, .500 S&W for any bears...

You need rods with 4# florocarbon and know what the trout are feeding on unless you are just using corn and catching stockers..for live bait, Soft shell crawfish is the deal for Large Browns along with live sculpins minnows. Sometimes the browns get on a jerk bait bite like SPRO McSticks and you can catch them just like bass fishing, same rig. I also seen them on a shad Bite and any jig in white is the deal., Read up on reports before hand. I know A guide up there, Jon's Guide service out of Gasville. Good luck.

Forgot to mention it is some kind of cold on that river in the Am need a fleece jacket and light gloves. Insect dope and sun screen a must.

Thanks. Yeah I figured it would be cold up there.

Clear minnow trap, and catch your own bait. Shiners up there are pricey, and you would rather fish with what they are eating. You can find the trap at Harps in Mountain Home. Also, I've always done really well using shrimp for the rainbows, but the shiners and crawfish will produce bigger fish.

We used to have a place on the Little Red. It can be 95 on the bank and 70 in the boat. We used to put sleeping bags on the dock and sleep there at night during the summer. It was like built-in AC.

i was up there about a month ago...crushed brown trout using shrimp as bait. DO NOT put on sun screen and touch your bait with out washing your hands well
once you hook them, do not give the line any slack or they are gone

Pants or shorts during the day?

shorts, unless you have some lightweight pants that breath well...sun comes down pretty good but it's cold at night and the morning
