Are you saying you have a career opportunity to travel the world - does this mean you'd be spending a month here, a month there for work and your family would be with you? I get the 18 month old and they duration of work part.

I've traveled a decent chunk of the earth for work but I'll save my two cents until I'm clear on what you're asking.
