I know it is a much different talent level, but he was doing a great job of it in HS. Perhaps the change of scheme for him (under center in the I form vs Shotgun spread) is a detriment more than we know.

I know it may be a futile effort on my part, but just trying to see if there is any rational reason for what seems to be disconnects between the types of athletes and coaches we've brought in compared with the offensive scheme we're running right now.
