IMO, we don't have room anymore for project guys with the way attrition is slaughtering us. We need to identify guys who can either develop fast or play day 1 in our system. Only way that's going to happen is get the elite blue chips in every position.

Are you serious? Actual question?

First, people have no concept of how hard it is for freshmen in this league to come in and contribute as freshmen. Second, over the last two weeks with the exception of the punter, I believe I have heard we need to fire the HC, OC,DC and every position coach. So we go out and sign 3 LBs this year? They would not contribute and if they had to we would be in even worse trouble we are now. Recruiting is a 2-3 to even 4 year plan. Clifton Garret "blue chipper" as they are called has not seen the field. Why? Not because he is not talented enough or our coaching is terrible. He is not ready and that is okay.

That's the point I'm making...you develop them but LSU markets this silly 3 and done. It's killing us in attrition so if they're going to go with that plan they need to recruit better.
