In the past 2 seasons, LSU had lost double-digit elite players to the NFL as underclassmen. Miles is a top recruiter... but in the end it hurts his team each year. The stars leave early in droves leaving less experienced players to man the ship. LSU is second, only to Tenn, for playing the most freshmen this season. The result is what we see each weekend.

Agreed. Actually 16 players, sixteen! People talk about how stacked we'll be in 2016. Really? We'll be trotting out a whole platoon of freshmen and sophomores to play against Miss State's juniors and seniors, again. It's hard to get really excited about any great player because you know they won't be here very long.

Yes, I agree. We're all over-reacting. And so is the AP top 25, and the Coach's Poll. Everything is fine. The rest of the teams on our schedule will be much easier to run on, even if they know the plays. Let's wait until December before we make a judgement.

you sir, nailed it. You seemingly have some life experience . The problem with most of these posters is THEY DON'T KNOW S**T ! They expect that because we are LSU we are entitled to win every game, and win a title every year.
Every coach has had some really bad games, and even bad seasons. There was a coach very many years ago at a major power who had taken over for a coach who had built the program into a major power, and was coming off multiple championships...in his first 124 games, he had a record of 96-24-2. he lost to his conference rival 7 out of 8 times, including a bowl game, in a rematch , after beating them in the regular season. in those ten years he won ZERO national titles . he would lose 2-3 games every year, but was always in the national chase. The fans embraced him and loved him. they certainly did not try to run him out of town. he did eventually win shares of three titles, and is considered one of the greatest to ever coach. I'll let all the video game/fantasy football championship coaches figure out who he was. btw, since he left the program, its been a under achieving shitshow
