I've been up for over an hour. I've lost the ability to sleep at night. I got two hours last night and took an hour nap during the day, and I just woke up after three hours wide awake.

This sucks! I've never had trouble sleeping in my life.

SC, try a sleep aid if exercise during the day does not help. I use Ambien and it works for me. It took several tries and then I settled in for 7 hours per night with it. I am so busy at work and think about work when I am supposed to be enjoying myself doing other things. Prayer seems to be an assist as well. Good luck man!
