What if someone could afford the kids when they had them but lost their job or became disabled or sick? Do we punish them, too?

It takes two people to bring children. in the world. It also takes a sane world to raise. them. Am not to sure we have either.

I'll settle for when someone applies for welfare, their benefits with regards to children get locked in.

I'm not sure about "illegal" but Shanana damn sure shouldn't be rewarded for having six when she can only afford one.
I'm tired of paying for kids what won't even show up once and awhile to take out the trash or something.
