I was born in 61'.

I think the things that happened in that decade were necessary for the Nation to evolve past segregation and move towards equal rights for all.

I think there had to be a few martyrs for social change to occur.

I think of it as a positive time.That could be nostalgia though.

Music was great, wish i would have appreciated the diversity of ideas, but I was very conservative. Wish i would have gone to Woodstock, but it was thought of an anti-war rally, (it wasnt- it was about kids having a great time), and I was pro-war. Wasn't unusual for women to go bra-less. Big cars was in- had a SS454, 450 hp. A lot of fun was had by all, except the poor guys that had to go to Vietnam, I was a year too young.
