to silicon valley, and even that field is moving out

Silicon Valley is still booming. New companies every week. The effects of supply and demand are evident in how much housing costs there, especially relative to inland parts of the same state.

The parts that are leaving are the labor. Not the innovators (for the most part.) The field of developing technology is going strong in NorCal in an insane way.

Labor and physical plants will always move to where it's cheaper, whether its Mexico, China, or Mississippi.

eta: don't get me wrong. Prop 65 is not good.

so let's stick to that. I think California is beautiful and it is really sad how fricking ant-freedom the place is, the non existent middle class, and the welfare population

My friends in san diego (all total scumbags, I was in the navy) rented this classic 1920's beautiful home...place should be condemned. No work has been done on it since it was purchased by the city...
