define "symptoms" and the earliest precise moment an individual could transmit Ebola.

read this
Let's take this the level I work, shall we.

quote:

Assessment of the Risk of Ebola Virus Transmission
from Bodily Fluids and Fomites

We found EBOV to be shed in a wide variety of bodily fluids during the acute phase of illness, including saliva, breast milk, stool, and tears. In most cases, the infected bodily fluid was not visibly contaminated by blood.

===========

Of particular concern is the frequent presence of EBOV in saliva early during the course of disease, where it could be transmitted to others through intimate contact and from sharing food.

===========

The isolation of EBOV from semen 40 days after the onset of illness underscores the risk of sexual transmission of the filoviruses during convalescence.

Now again, infection of US Physicians suggests we may not yet have a complete handle on mechanisms of transmission. Right?

Please excuse me but I have been studying anatomy and molecule cell biology and histo since 5am and I am having a hard time understanding what your argument here is. Could you please clarify?

or have sex with them?

Your own link (at the top in bold) says that if guidelines and procedures are followed that the risk of transmission is low (I couldn't get it to copy and paste for some reason). So what are you trying to say?
