serious question: Is it legal under the Civil Rights Act for her to ask customers their religion? If not how can she know?

I mean, I could just say "Hi, my name is Mohammad Al-Aqbari, christian"

If she calls it a private gun club and charges a membership fee, I suspect she can.

Easy. You ask all customers if they believe that Muhammad was a pedophile and that Islam is a violent cult and should be wiped off the face of the earth. If they say yes, they're good to go. If they try to behead you.....
