This is four streets, all two way with three running parallel (and only one connecting through), one being 5 lane undivided, one being 2 lane divided, and two 2 lane undivided.
The only problem with interconnecting the signals is that they'd have to upgrade the controllers and run fiber, which isn't cheap.

No shite. It's center streets on the grid are two way...Florida and 4th...that doesn't change the light sequences, though because you don't have turning issues.
