I would imagine if they have a pier, they will have lights. I make double rigs with 1/16 oz. jig heads. Try different colors. You're casting at the same places so the fish see the same bait coming every time. Use an ultra lite sac au lait rig for casting. Have plenty of beer or wine. A great time can be had.
