I used to know a guy back in the 90s that worked for the TKE headquarters. He told me the TKE chapter at LSU was the worst TKE chapter in the entire country. TKE HQ tried unsuccessfully to pull their charter several times. He said all the other ones in Louisiana were good.

I knew a few of the guys when I was there and they weren't bad. I always hoped they would pull out of the rut like we did. My guess is they don't have much alumni support. The one here at Nicholl's is the same. I had an employee that was a TKE and I offered to go over some of the things that worked really well for us. No one took me up on that.
