Who cares? I know plenty of fat guys who can lift a ton of weight. I would rather look good and be in good health than be able to move a ton of weight not that you can't have all three.

I must admit. I am guilty. I have ballooned to 300+. I say + because I really don't want to know. I would much rather get back to the 215 range.
