Base 4-3. For some reason the Chief has stayed in base nickel (4 DL, 2LB, 5DB) for the past couple of weeks against teams that spread you out. This is yielded the vulnerable formation that you mentioned that MSU ate up last week. 5 blocking 4 with only the safety 8-10 yards behind them. The extra blocker went straight out to seal the LB trying to get back to the middle.
Auburn will exploit the hell out of that if we try to play it the same way next week.
