Half the fans are loaded and emotional. They want to express anger at a decision. Booing sucks because it lands on the kid I agree. But how does a fan express anger at a coach and not affect the kid? Send a note? If a coach is irrational people will find a way to express it. Jennings' feelings are collateral damage.

You don't think the coach knows his player is playing terribly? He doesn't need a fan to point that out.
