Fin I suppose this is okay if they don't ask. But don't lie or mislead either. . Injunctions are a lot easier to get when I can show the former employee lied about his plans. Makes judges very suspicious. Where there's smoke. On the flip side an honest employee who answers questions about plans honestly or at worst says I'd rather not say is much better off when shite hits the fan.
