All true. However, those countries are not fully of extremist terrorists looking to export pan-Islamism or the Caliphate. My point about the 1 to 2 percent (and, fine, you want to say that's on the way low end, so be it) - is that is poses a significant threat as any army we've ever faced - a 10 to 25 million man pool from which to draw terrorists like the frickers who executed the 9/11 operation and are currently causing trouble in a dozen countries (or more).

And I'm against Sharia law, too. Rule of law is better than any theocracy, Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Confuciansim, Taoist, Shinto, Pagan or otherwise.
