adendem, health does not regenerate and the most annoying thing so far for PS4 users is the game makes heavy use out of the speaker on the ps4 controllers and it's really poorly done. Every time you move through brush or you come to something you need to switch to wraith mode for, it blares and it feels really out of place and I was hiding in my room earlier playing this hoping for my roommate to think I wasn't found and the controller sound gave me away.
