While I get it, knowing the UCR reporting system the way I do, it's not surprising the murder number is 0.
There's about 10 ways that one line item stat on that report could be wrong.

You would think a "scientist" would consider the other possibilities instead of immediately reaching his BS conclusions. He must suck at his "job."
