That's the problem. We were worried about them getting the ball back when it was our turn on offense and we were already down 14. Plus we knew they were getting the ball back after half.

How good have we looked running screens this year? I think a screen has a higher chance of disaster in that situation than some other plays (or a bomb). I've seen a number of screens get picked or RBs fumble after getting nailed because the blockers didn't set it up properly and the RB turns around to get surprised.

If we would have gone long and they would have picked the pass, it would have been like a punt and they wouldn't have had much time. But we haven't had a problem with throwing picks on bombs this year.
