Are all 20 of those watched channels available live through Roku? Legit question. I would love to cancel UVerse.
I dropped Dish earlier this year and went with over-the-air plus Roku. I'm using Windows Media Center for the program guide and for DVR functions. It works great and I don't miss Dish at all. I'm serving three TVs with a pair of HD Homerun Dual tuners on the network. I already had Amazon Prime but I did sign up for Hulu Plus so my monthly outlay is the princely sum of $7.99. The Roku does not stream local channels. Delivering uncompressed MPEG2 video from the tuners does require a wired ethernet connection.
