Texas receives AMPLE benefits from that military spending...about $14 Billion alone and another $4 Billion in the space program. Throw in another $20 billion in unrelated federal contracting in the Lone Star state that has nothing at all to do with entitlement programs and there is an awful lot of federal pork in a state that loves beef so much....

From military spending in Texas? Sure. So does every other state. The military is a benefit that crosses state lines, regardless of where a base is located. This isn't hard.
